Notes from Lit Lounge 3.15.10
Again Curran at Lit Lounge invited us down to Precious Metal last night. It’s true, we haven’t had a serious band practice in about a month, but we’re never the ones to turn down a good time…or a disappointing one. The way I saw it: if we aren’t able to totally wing it and give a somewhat passable performance on little to no practice, we should just quit while we are drastically far behind.
And that is exactly the attitude we chose going into the evening.
Lucky for you, or us, or not lucky for anyone, or I’m completely wrong, we did manage to pull something out of our asses. Something not so bad. And had a blast doing it, too. So to keep this short and sweet, thanks again to Lit Lounge, Precious Metal, Curran, and my buddy/soundman Ryan for making us sound awesome and for doling out affection.
And if you like awesome doom/stoner rock, check out Maegashira.
Rock rock on.
